Service Design Process

In order to ensure that the eServices provided by the Authority are designed with an optimal citizen experience in mind, Transport Malta encourages participation from various stakeholders and citizens. This process allows participants to provide useful feedback, as well as the possibility to join panels, and expert/focus groups. One should kindly note that this is a voluntary service with no form of compensation.

When any such activites are held, you will be notified by e-mail of any opportunities to participate and provide your opinion on various matters related to site design.
