What you need: New Registration

New Registration (Brand new – bought locally within the last 2 years)

• Bill of Sale of boat and engine including the Make, Model, HIN, Serial No. and HP;
• Declaration of Conformity (of boat and engine);
• CE Certificate (of boat and engine);
• Photo of Hull Identification Number (HIN);
• Photo of Engine Serial No.;
• Photo of Builder’s Plate;
• Coloured photo of Boat;
• A third party liability insurance certificate valid for a year from date of initial registration (for small ships with engines exceeding 9.9 HP);
• Copy of ID Card / Passport of owner (for verification purposes only);
• A Certificate of Survey drawn up by a Government Appointed Surveyor (when applicable).
