Replacement of Lost Licence Disc

1. If you lose your license disc or it is misplaced, please submit the declaration form - VEH 39 (Maltese or English) duly filled in and a copy of the ID card. The replacement disc will be issued against a fee of €18.
2. You can send the documents by post and effect payment via bank transfer, and Transport Malta will mail the replacement licence disc to your registered address.
3. You may nominate on the form another person to collect the replacement disc on your behalf.
4. If the replacement licence disc is not received within 30 days of application, you may request a new one through form VEH 29. A new replacement licence disc will be issued free of charge.
