Registration of Aircraft

Further to the publication of the Aircraft Registration Act, 2010, Cap. 503 of the Laws of Malta (the “Act”) and the entry into force of the Act, the Airworthiness Inspectorate is hereby issuing this Notice to serve as guidance material for the registration of aircraft in Malta.
