Alternative Means of Compliance (EASA IRs AltMoCs)

Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 Part-ARO.GEN.120 and (EU) 1178/2011 Part-ARA.GEN.120, and (EU) 139/2014 Part- ADR. OR.A.015, refer to alternative means of compliance which may be used to establish compliance with the implementing rules.

AltMoC’s accepted by TM CAD pursuant to ORO.GEN.120(b), ORA.GEN.120(b), ARA.GEN.120(b) and ADR.OR.A.015 shall be notified to EASA and other EASA Member States.
