Technical Implementation Procedures

The purpose of the Technical Implementation Procedures is to define the interface requirements and activities between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and European Union (EU) Member State Aviation Authorities (AAs) for the import, export, and continued support of civil aeronautical products.

 
Maintenance Annex Guidance

The Section C of the Maintenance Annex Guidance between the Federal Aviation Administration for the USA and the European Aviation Safety Agency for the EU contains the certification process for EU-based Approved Maintenance Organisations applicable to 14 CFR Part 145 repair stations.

The current applicable MAG is Change 9 with an effective date of 8 October 2024.

MAG Change 9 and previous issues can be downloaded from the EASA webpage.

Note: Changes to the MAG shall be implemented, as applicable, within 90 days after the change has been published.
